FAQ
What's an "ops partner," exactly?
Someone who handled the operational backend of your busuiness: inbox, onboarding, follow-ups, systems, so you can focus on the parts only you can do. Think less "task list", more "The person making sure nothing falls through the cracks."
How is this different from working with a VA?
A VA typically executes tasks you assign them one at a time. An ops partner looks at your whole backened and keeps it running as a system, not a pile of to-dos.
What does "up to X hours" actually mean?
Each retainer tier is a flat monthly rate for support up to a set number of hours. It's not billed hourly, and it's not a guarantee those hours will always be used. It's a ceiling that keep scope contained for both of us.
How do Intensives work?
They're one-time, deep-dive engagements with a set project term (30 to 60 days depending on the tier, with room to adjust if needed). You get a concentrated fix, not an open-ended retainer.
What if I need more hours than my tier includes?
We'll talk about it before it becomes a problem: either adjusting scope, or looking at whether a higher tier makes more sense going forward.
What's the best way to start?
The best way to start is by booking a Nosy Chat and filling out the required Inquiry Form.
Do I have to be neurodivergent to work with you?
Nope. My services are for anyone who wants grounded, thoughtful operational support. I specialize in ND-friendly systems because of lived experience, but everyone is welcome here.
